Deep familiarity with Newport Beach, our citizens & values

My local roots are deep. As a six-decade resident of Newport Beach who has regularly attended city council meetings for 40 years, I am intimately familiar with how our city works and what needs to be done to preserve the unique qualities that make Newport Beach such an extraordinary place to live. I raised my daughters here, and their families live and attend school in the Newport Harbor area.

I am a proven collaborator and problem solver, willing to work with all parties toward the best possible outcomes. Our city government should be driven by and responsive to a well-informed and active electorate, an ideal for which I strive.
